MSC19053 02-14 Dodge Ram LED SL3 Adapter Module Boss

Boss Light Adapter Harness #MSC19053.

This adapter is used with 2002-14 Dodge Ram trucks with a Boss plows that have SL3 LED lights. If you have a 2006-08 Dodge truck with H13 lights you will also need headlight adapter MSC19993. If you have a 2006-14 truck with 9008 (H13) headlights or a 2009 -2014 with 9005(HB3)/(H11) headlights you will also need headlight adapter MSC09993. If your Dodge Ram is from 2002 to 2005, this MSC19053 light adapter is all you will need.

This kit is for adding resistance to the lighting circuit to prevent flickering in the truck's headlights due to the SL3 LED plow lights not having much natural resistance. The headlights may also shut off altogether if your truck reads it as a blown bulb. This kit should fix both those issues.

Note: If your truck is an '09 Dodge Ram there is a chance that it still has the body of an '08 truck since there is some crossover. If that is the case, you will need headlight adapter kit MSC19993.
